Required Skills
Be at least 18 years of age
Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks

Workers must be punctual and reliable
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.Preferred Education and Experience
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Vocational classes in welding, construction, safety, first aid, blueprint reading, basic mathematics, and different carpentry techniques and other general building skills are helpful
Job Responsibilities
Craftsperson s primary responsibilities will be to perform their area of expertise: carpentry, concrete, steel worker, mason, trim carpenter, or welding. When not performing their area of expertise, the team member is expected to work alongside other Lantz craftspeople & Tradespersons contributing to the overall production of the project.
Area of Expertise Requirements
Ability to frame wood or metal structures, including setting of wood roof trusses
Ability to form concrete footers, piers, steps, & walls
Ability to place & finish concrete slabs, sidewalks, & steps
Ability to lay CMU, Brick, or StoneÂ
Ability to erect structural & miscellaneous steel
Ability to perform rigging to move and erect structural & miscellaneous steel
Ability to weld structural steel, decking, & miscellaneous steel
Ability to install standing & running trim (millwork)
Ability to set doors, frames, & commercial hardwareÂ
Ability to set windows and install flashings
Ability to install toilet partitions & accessories
